但本店為了配合業主追討友利欠租及收回物業 (始創中心B02-06鋪) 程序，
本店將於 2024年7月9日起暫停營業，直至另行通告。
最後亦希望藉此感激友利冰室。如果沒有友利冰室，就沒有Happy Belly 。

Dear Valued Customers,
We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to share important news regarding our operations and next steps amid recent developments.
First and foremost, we wish to assert that Happy Belly has operated independently and with clean financial health since our inception. We have prided ourselves on running our business without incurring debts, loans, or operational issues.
However, in light of recent events surrounding the Yau Lei Bistro situation and in coordination with our property owner's efforts to address outstanding rent issues, we regret to inform you that Happy Belly will temporarily suspend our operations starting from 9th July, 2024, affecting our outlet located at B02-06, Pioneer Centre.
It is with a heavy heart that we take this step, understanding the inconvenience this may cause to our beloved customers. We owe a great deal to Yau Lei Bistro, for it was their presence and partnership that played a pivotal role in the establishment of Happy Belly. We extend our deepest gratitude to them and to you, our valued patrons, for your support.
For customers with prepaid coffee cards, please rest assured that we are committed to ensuring you will not be at a loss. For details on the arrangements, kindly scan the QR code below or visit our website at www.happybelly.cafe to review the options available to you.

1. 申請Credit全數退款
即日起，您可以親自到店裡，或者通過發送電子郵件至 hello@happybelly.cafe 申請將您卡上剩餘的Credit全數退款。
2. 在指定咖啡店享有優惠
您也可以持您的有效咖啡卡到以下指定的咖啡店享受同等的優惠：

請注意，參與優惠的咖啡店名單可能會有所增加/更改
3. 選擇不退款並延長卡的有效期
如果您決定現階段不進行退款，咖啡卡的到期日將會被延長。
當Happy Belly重新開業後，到期日將會根據新開業日期重新計算。

Regarding prepaid coffee cards
Customers holding valid coffee cards can apply for a full refund of the remaining credit starting from today by visiting the store in person or via email at hello@happybelly.cafe.
Alternatively, customers can use their valid coffee card at the following coffee shop to enjoy equivalent benefits (the list of suppliers may continue to expand):

If customers decide not to request a refund for their coffee card temporarily, the expiration date of the coffee card will be extended until Happy Belly reopens and recalculated thereafter.
